All plug-in solar kits

Filter by where the kit will go and how much clear space you've got. Every type sends up to 800W into your home.

Filter the kits

Kits with more than 960W of panels: the government's rules say to consider a professional check of your electrics. That's the big two-panel kit.

Ground or wall

Ground kit or wall-or-ground kit?

A ground kit stands on its frame on level ground. That's all it does, and it's the quickest to set up.

A wall-or-ground kit has an adjustable frame. Use it on the ground, or on your own solid house wall once a professional has assessed it. Never on a boundary wall, cladding or a balcony.

Prices and brands to follow

Each type will list real models with their maker, price and dispatch date. Until then, everything shows Price TBC. Join the list on any kit and we'll email you when it goes on sale.

Why kit types and not models?

We're still agreeing terms with makers, and we won't list a model we can't sell. The types show what to expect. The listings will carry each model's exact specs.

What does the space filter mean?

The clear width you've got, side to side, about 1.2m deep. One panel needs about 2m, two panels about 3.5m to 4m, and the big two-panel type up to 5m.

Can I put a kit on a balcony?

Not these types. They're for the ground, or a solid house wall after a professional assessment.
