Kits aren't on sale yet. This is how delivery will work when they are.
Where we deliver
To your door anywhere in England, Scotland and Wales.
Plug-in solar can't be connected in Northern Ireland, so we won't deliver kits there, or to the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands. The checkout and the kit list won't take those postcodes.
Dispatch dates
Every listing will show its own dispatch date before you can order. If a kit is on pre-order, you'll see "Pre-order: dispatching by" and the date, on the listing, in your basket and in your confirmation.
You'll be able to cancel at any time before dispatch for a full refund, and for 14 days after delivery.
Big boxes, two people
Panels travel flat, in boxes about the size of the panel. A single panel typically weighs 21kg to 28kg, and the biggest about 34kg, before the frame. Plan for two people and a clear path to where it'll go.
We'll name the courier, the delivery charge and the delivery service on each listing before ordering opens.
How much is delivery?

Can I collect?
We're an online shop, so kits will be delivered.
Do you deliver to the Scottish Highlands and islands?
They're in our delivery area. Some couriers charge more for remote postcodes. If that applies, you'll see it before you pay.
